We’re looking for an HR Generalist & Recruiter to join our team at Riverdale Poultry. In this role, you’ll own recruiting across the company while supporting a mix of HR projects and day-to-day people operations.

What you’ll do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles like AZ Drivers, Heavy Duty Truck Technicians, Poultry Farm Workers, and office positions
  • Use our ATS (JazzHR), Asana, and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn) to post jobs, manage candidates, and keep hiring workflows organized
  • Partner with hiring managers to define what a great candidate looks like and build clear job scorecards
  • Track and improve key recruiting metrics like conversion rate, time to hire, and churn
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (offers, HRIS updates, orientations, asset returns)
  • Help plan and execute company events, manage our social media presence, and support our Temporary Foreign Worker program
Who you are
  • Experienced with full-cycle recruiting (ideally 2+ years), including blue-collar/high-volume roles
  • Tech-savvy and organized -you know your way around ATSs, Google Sheets, and workflow tools
  • A strong communicator who stays on top of follow ups
  • Detail-oriented but flexible -you like systems and processes, but you’re not afraid to speak up when something could work better
  • Hold a valid G license and have reliable access to a vehicle
