  • Manage employee relations cases in partnership with HRBPs, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management, documentation, and disciplinary actions under HRBP supervision.

Compensation, Benefits & Leave Administration

  • Administer and advise on compensation, benefits, and leave of absence programs, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes and transactions related to pay, benefits, and time off.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HR operations, generalist, or employee experience roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations in BC Canada (US is nice to have).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, Lattice or similar) and basic HR reporting skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, fast‑paced environment.
