Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, leveraging diverse sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies to identify and engage talents.
  • Source, screen, and interview applicants in line with requirements prior to submitting resumes to the hiring in-charge.
  • Apply work pass application should there be a need for hiring.
  • Assist in payroll and HR-related administrative matters (e.g., administer leave and process claims).
  • Administer staff confirmation and facilitate the performance evaluation process.
  • Organize orientation programs for new hires, including onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
  • Keep track of employees’ essential certifications and send for training if required.
  • Handle employees’ HR-related queries and disciplinary matters.
  • Undertake any HR initiative and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (BA).
  • At least 3 years of proven in-house talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience in-house regional recruitment and/or industry experience preferred.
  • Experienced in using innovative recruitment tools and utilizing talent assessment tools and systems.
  • Self-sourcing for potential candidates on various platforms.
  • Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
