Position

Human Resources Coordinator – Mississauga, 12‑month hourly

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding – support the full new‑hire lifecycle from system entry to orientation and paperwork.
  • Administrative – handle payroll coordination, employee file maintenance, HRIS transactions (bonuses, leaves, terminations) and respond to internal HR inquiries.
  • Data Analysis – audit HR data, generate regular reports, recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Benefit Support – act as the first point of contact for benefits questions, administer group insurance, disability, pensions and assist special projects.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service orientation and teamwork.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel; SAP and SuccessFactors experience an asset.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
  • French language skills an asset.
