Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support to a human resources team.
  • Strong interest in systems/technology.
  • Demonstrated competence with Excel and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in various human resource cycles.
  • Conduct preliminary analyses of HR data and produce reports.
  • Support Advisors with exit interviews and disciplinary action letters.
