Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with BC and Canadian employment standards and workplace regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support recruitment efforts.
  • Prepare, process, and organize HR documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Support the delivery of internal training and development sessions.
