The Role

S3 Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our head office team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This role supports all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while coordinating immigration for international hires and maintaining HR systems and documentation. It's an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make an impact in a collaborative, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientations
  • Manage job postings, screening, offer letters, and employee records
  • Track and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation
  • Maintain HR systems, reports, and monthly metrics
  • Support immigration processes for new international employees
  • Assist with other HR and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR experience and related education or training
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality
Assets
  • Working toward or holding a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation
  • Experience with immigration coordination and/or multi-division organizations
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting
