Location: Hybrid (3 - 4 days per week in office) – 5090 Commerce Blvd, Mississauga
Employment Type: Full Time (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of core Human Resources services across the organization, including employee and labour relations, full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, investigations, and data reporting. This role requires a strong balance of administrative precision, service excellence, and analytical capability. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, the HR Coordinator contributes to an employee‑centric, high‑performance culture that promotes empowerment, engagement, and innovation.
