A leading staffing company is seeking an HR Project Support professional for a 4-month role in Barrie, Ontario. This position involves providing administrative support to the HR Director while enhancing HR processes in line with strategic goals. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of HR administrative experience, familiarity with Workday, and hold a Bachelor or Associate degree. To support ongoing international growth, a new role has been created a 4-month HR Project Support role based here in Barrie. Reporting directly to the Director, International HR, this position will bridge the gap between current administrative processes and the upcoming 2026 strategic goals.
Days Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 in office

This is a newly created, high-impact role designed for an Administrator or HR professional who thrives on implementation and executive visibility. Rather than just maintaining existing systems, you will lead a 120-day "Operational Excellence" sprint, auditing and modernizing core HR frameworks for our international team.
