Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in unionized Labour Relations.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Experience in workplace investigations, especially harassment cases.

Responsibilities

• Administer the collective agreement including grievance administration.
• Generate reports for corporate KPI reporting.
• Coach and guide operating management on assigned shift.
• Liaise with HR team members and legal partners.
