A professional HR organization in Winnipeg is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with leadership and drive people solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven track record in organizational change management. This role involves coaching, workforce analysis, and developing strategies for employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with all levels of leadership to understand business strategy to guide and recommend people solutions in support of business effectiveness and future workforce needs.
Working with your client group, you will provide consult to drive people outcomes focused on growing internal bench strength, establishing talent pipelines, developing performance and people, optimizing organizational structure to enable transformation and service excellence, and fostering positive employee experiences to drive engagement.
To enable achievement of outcomes, you will develop strong partnerships with leaders based on trust and maintain an in-depth understanding of the People & Culture’s strategies and programs, such as total rewards, talent attraction and retention, leadership development, succession management, workforce planning, and health and wellness. You will leverage your organizational awareness to influence desired outcomes and support your leader’s success through feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
