We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing teams in Canada. This isn't a reactive HR role - it's a seat-at-the-table opportunity for someone who loves solving people challenges, shaping culture, and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.
You’ll work closely with department heads, managers, and employees across all levels to drive engagement, ensure organizational alignment, and support business objectives with smart, scalable HR solutions.
5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a related strategic HR function.
Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws (Ontario essential; multi-province exposure a plus).
Experience supporting leaders in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in coaching managers and influencing decision-making.
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Comfort working with HR systems (Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, or similar).
High integrity, sound judgment, and a practical approach to navigating complex issues.
