HR Business Partner

North London/Hybrid, 3 days from the office and 2 from home

Permanent, Full-Time role (37.5 hours/week)

£45-£50,000

Join a purpose-driven community -led organisation in North London who are looking to grow their team with the hire of a skilled and proactive HR Business Partner to join its evolving HR team.

You will report into the Head or Business Partnering and work closely with your client group to provide strategic direction and operational HR support through a period of cultural and operational transformation.

The role will include:

  • Business partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven business partnering skills, with the confidence to engage at senior level
  • Strong employee relations expertise and a desire to develop proactive interventions
  • Experience in change management and HR project delivery
  • A CV demonstrating career stability, ideally with experience in sectors such as retail, healthcare, charity
  • Familiarity with multi-site operations desirable
  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience
  • A values-led approach with commercial awareness
