HR Business Partner, £40,000 Per Annum, 3 Month Interim Vacancy, Chester (Hybrid)

Macmillan Davies are proud to be partnering with a diverse and fast-paced organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner on an interim basis. This role will provide operational HR support while driving key initiatives to ensure the organisation's goals and business needs are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and leaders across the business to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Lead on employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to ensure legal compliance and consistency
  • Deliver coaching and support to line managers to enhance people management capabilities
  • Proactively manage ER casework and support the rollout of HR surgeries across the organisation
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform policy and process improvements
  • Support change initiatives including TUPE, restructures, redundancy consultation, and workforce planning
  • Drive engagement, morale, and retention through strong relationship building
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

About You:

  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong background in employee relations and coaching managers
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Confident in managing change, including TUPE and restructuring
  • Skilled in building effective relationships across all levels of the business
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously
  • Comfortable using HR systems and analysing HR data
