A leading insurance organization in Canada is seeking an HR Business Associate to support HR programs and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience and a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management. Responsibilities include working with HR Business Partners and implementing performance management programs. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,639.25 to $113,299.00 and requires an in-office commitment of up to 5 days per week starting in 2026.

Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, the HR Business Associate works in collaboration to provide support to the business and HR areas on HR related programs and initiatives, namely but not limited to organisational effectiveness, talent management and employee engagement.
The role supports the HR Business Partner on projects and initiatives, including the implementation and delivery of organisational design, strategic workforce planning, multi‑year business planning initiatives, employee engagement initiatives and the delivery and integration of strategic talent initiatives.
