Responsibilities

  • Monitor employee compliance training across all business lines.
  • Pull completion and overdue reports; compile and send status updates.
  • Respond to and resolve training-related inquiries within SLA.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to online courses and LMS systems.
  • Collaborate with global HR, Learning, and Risk stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends in training data and make recommendations.
  • Ensure training records meet global regulatory requirements.
  • Support improvements using Power Automate, Excel analytics, and SOPs.
  • Handle escalation removal and exception requests.

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote — with occasional on-site at 66 Wellington Street West)

Onsite Flexibility: Primarily Remote

Contract Details:

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay Rate: C$20–C$25/hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours

Job Summary: Join a highly visible team supporting enterprise-level mandatory training compliance and reporting within one of Canada's top financial institutions. As an HR Analyst I, you will work on improving and executing the mandatory training reporting and escalation process, while supporting a range of LMS-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee compliance training across all business lines
  • Pull completion and overdue reports; compile and send status updates

  • Troubleshoot issues related to online courses and LMS systems

Required Experience:

  • Background in banking or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks

Required Skills:
