Job summary

Digital Labels is seeking an HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to lead the afternoon shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate will operate and monitor HP Indigo presses, perform routine maintenance, and conduct quality checks to ensure premium output. Qualifications

• Experience operating digital printing presses, preferably HP Indigo or similar equipment.
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a cohesive team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HP Indigo digital press equipment to produce premium printed products with accuracy, efficiency and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to meet strict standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain a professional attention to detail while working in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
