Qualifications

• Previous case management experience required.
• Experience in clinical assessment and intervention preferred.
• Experience in mental health and/or addictions preferred.
• Previous leadership experience an asset.
• Previous experience within supportive housing an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide case-management to clients in supportive housing.
• Supervise and guide Housing Support Workers at transitional housing.
• Consult and supervise staff offering mental health group programming.

Education

Graduate of an accredited post-secondary education in Health-Related Social Sciences

Active license and registration to practice as required by professional association

Current CPR/First Aid Certification

Formal certification, training or education in leadership and/or management

Certificate in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST)
