Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a non-profit or housing environment.
• Understanding of trauma-informed practices and experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, or violence.
• Valid BC driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housing Manager in overseeing housing programs and services.
• Implement action plans and training processes as directed by the Housing Manager.
• Report issues related to facility maintenance and safety.
