Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience with homeless or low-income individuals.
  • Direct experience with housing services in Scarborough is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advocacy and support to clients and families.
  • Facilitate assessments and service plans for clients.
  • Develop tenant support and goal plans.
  • Coordinate with community partners for referrals.
