Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience with homeless or low-income individuals.
- Direct experience with housing services in Scarborough is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Provide advocacy and support to clients and families.
- Facilitate assessments and service plans for clients.
- Develop tenant support and goal plans.
- Coordinate with community partners for referrals.
