A leading arts organization located in Banff is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness of guest residences. Responsibilities include training and managing staff, inspecting cleanliness standards, and liaising with other departments. The Housekeeping and Custodial Department of the Banff Centre is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness of rooms in guest residences and public areas throughout the Centre. A positive and encouraging motivator, the Supervisor coaches and evaluates the Room Attendants, Housekeeping Floaters, BuildingServices Workers and Special Projects in their performance and productivity. The Supervisor is a clear communicator with a proven ability to lead others.
