The Housekeeping Recruitment & Training Manager is responsible for attracting, onboarding, and developing exceptional Housekeeping talent in alignment with Fairmont’s luxury brand standards. This role partners closely with Housekeeping leadership and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent pipeline of high‑calibre colleagues and the delivery of structured, engaging training programs that elevate service excellence, operational efficiency, and colleague engagement.
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Type: Permanent
Rate of Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, dependent on experience
