Job summary

Sodexo Canada Ltd. at Mt-Milligan Mine is seeking a Housekeeping Lead for a 2-week contract located at the remote Mt-Milligan Mine (McLeod Lake). The role oversees housekeeping operations, ensures cleanliness standards, and coordinates staff to deliver safe, high-quality services for workers living on site.

You’ll supervise a team, provide training, monitor schedules, and uphold safety and inclusion. Remote/mine experience and strong communication are preferred.

The Details:

Where: Mt-MilliganMine (McLeod Lake)
What: Contract positions
Rotation: 2 weeks contract: September 23rd to October 2nd.
Shift: 10 hours per day – (may change upon the occupation of the site)
Hourly wage: $22.00/hour

Fly in/fly out: Flights are covered.

As a Housekeeper Attendant you will:

• The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations ensuring cleanliness standards, quality control, and team performance are consistently maintained. This role coordinates housekeeping staff, provides training and support, monitors schedules and compliance, conducts virtual audits, and addresses operational issues to ensure an exceptional guest or client experience. The Housekeeping Lead serves as the primary point of contact for housekeeping teams, promotes safety and efficiency, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery.

• One year of experience preferred

• Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)
