Pomeroy Lodging in Canada is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant who keeps guest rooms, lobby, and public areas clean to create a picture-perfect first impression. You will perform daily cleaning, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

This fast-paced role requires physical movement, lifting up to 30 lbs, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior housekeeping experience is an asset, along with strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest encounters and respond appropriately to complaints.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas are picture-perfect for optimal first impressions.
• Prepare for shift with a well-stocked cart, ensuring cleaning and guest room supplies are available and equipment is in good working order.
• Vacuum, dust, clean, sweep, polish, and restock the required number of guest rooms.
• Respect guest property and privacy; adhere to lost and found procedures for any items found.
• Understand and practice all emergency procedures for the hotel.
