Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences in Victoria, BC, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Aide to create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents. You will dust, disinfect, and maintain resident suites and common areas to support a comfortable home-like environment.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals with good teamwork and communication skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and equipment.

• Secondary School education or relevant experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience in residential or healthcare setting.

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Physical ability to meet job demands, including standing, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Preparedness to respond to emergency situations
