Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help keep the Long-Term Care residence safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff. You will perform a variety of housekeeping duties across dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, offices, hallways, and more.

The role requires a minimum public-school education and preferred prior housekeeping experience; salary ranges from CAD 23.67 to CAD 25.34 per hour, with placement based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, offices, hallways, stairwells, and other areas as directed.

• Arrange furniture in an orderly fashion.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily.

The Opportunity

The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that the Long-Term Care residence is maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition for residents, visitors, and other staff members.
