AgeCare in Ajax, Ontario is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable long-term care residence for residents and staff.

You will clean rooms, floors, bathrooms, and common areas, operate floor polishing equipment, and ensure daily sanitization of sinks and telephones, with pay hourly in CAD. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; a minimum public-school education is required. This is an active position with applications reviewed promptly.

The Opportunity

The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that the Long-Term Care residence is maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition for residents, visitors, and other staff members.

What Is In It For You

• Cleans, mops, waxes, and polishes floors. Operates a floor machine to buff dining room, bedroom, lounge, corridor, and office floors.

• Arranges furniture in an orderly fashion.
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily.

What You Will Need

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Salary Range

$23.67 - $25.34 per hour
