  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move cleaning equipment.

Starting Housekeeper wage: $19.82/hour, $22.02/hour at 1 year

Starting Guest Services Representative wage: $21.28/hour, $23.64/hour at 1 year

Key Responsibilities of Housekeeping
  • Performs cleaning and sanitation activities for public and employee areas
  • Cleans building floors, furniture, fixtures and any equipment
  • Services, cleans, and provides supplies to restrooms
  • Practices safe work procedures and health and safety policies ensuring a safe and hazard free environment
  • Reports any maintenance or safety issues
What You Bring (Housekeeping)
  • A secondary school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education
  • Experience in the related field of one (1) or more years
  • Proven high level of Customer Service
  • Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends and shift work
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move house cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Good physical fitness to maintain a constant pace of manual work
  • General knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
Key Responsibilities of Guest Service Representative
  • Meet, greet and assist guests, answer inquiries, and provide solutions for any concerns
  • Provide information on current and upcoming events and promotions
  • Explain and enroll customers in the rewards loyalty program
  • Assist in implementing on-site events, promotions and entertainment initiatives
What You Bring (Guest Service)
  • A minimum one year of experience in a related field
  • Proven high level of customer service
  • Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills
  • The ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body
  • Friendly and personable energy and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
  • Excellent communicator who can comfortably talk to guests regarding events and promotions.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patient, positive demeanor with everyone you meet.
