• Manage Hostel and Reservations teams, including recruitment and training.
• Oversee guest experience and service delivery.
• Maintain hostel cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage Property Management System and ensure accurate operations.
• Market the Canmore Alpine Hostel to achieve revenue targets.
