  • Handle chip and cash exchanges, ensuring fast and accurate transactions to support a smooth player experience.
  • Manage poker table reservations, register players upon arrival, and communicate essential details about how games are run.
  • Provide clear and accurate answers to guests’ questions about events, services, and game rules.
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere so that every player feels at ease from the moment they enter the poker room.
  • Perform any all others related tasks.

Job Requirements
