Boston Pizza is seeking a friendly Host/Greeter to welcome guests and manage seating in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first impression, helping guests find optimal seating and coordinating with team members to ensure a smooth dining flow.

Qualifications

• Prior host/guest-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a friendly, attentive demeanor.
• Ability to seat guests efficiently and manage wait times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with seating.
• Coordinate with servers and hosts to manage table availability.
• Thank guests for visiting and maintain a courteous, professional presence.

Host

Hosts play the important role of being the first impression of the restaurant to our Guests. Smiling, and with an upbeat attitude, they ensure that our guests are seated based on their needs and the situation. They are responsible for acknowledging and thanking each and every Guest for their visit in a professional, sincere and friendly manner in person or by phone. They also coordinate with team members about available seating options and escort Guests to the right table and area.

The Host/Greeter is accountable for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
