Overview

Host role focuses on creating a positive first impression for guests. With a smile and upbeat attitude, they ensure guests are seated according to needs and the situation. They acknowledge and thank each guest in a professional, sincere, and friendly manner in person or by phone, coordinate seating options with the team, and escort guests to the right table or area.

The Host/Greeter is accountable for ensuring that guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They champion a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
