Red Robin Langley is hiring Hosts to join our front-of-house team at 19705 Fraser Hwy #530, Langley, BC V3A 7E9.

If you’re friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to get started in the restaurant industry. Previous restaurant experience is not required — we’ll train you.

As a Host, you’ll be one of the first people our guests meet, welcoming guests, managing seating and wait times, and helping create a smooth, enjoyable experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Host, you’ll help create a great experience for guests from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Managing the waitlist and providing accurate wait-time estimates
• Seating guests and helping maintain an organized table rotation
• Communicating with Servers and restaurant leaders to help manage guest flow
• Answering guest questions and assisting with general restaurant information
• Answering restaurant phone calls when needed
• Keeping the entrance, host area, and waiting area clean and welcoming
• Helping the front-of-house team during busy periodsProviding friendly and helpful service throughout your shift

Who We’re Looking For

No previous restaurant experience is required.

We’re looking for people who:

Experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, hospitality, or another guest-facing role is welcome, but we’re happy to train the right person.
