Red Robin Langley is hiring Hosts to join our front-of-house team at 19705 Fraser Hwy #530, Langley, BC V3A 7E9. No experience required — we’ll train you. You’ll welcome guests, manage seating and wait times, and work with the restaurant team to create a smooth, enjoyable experience.

As a Host, you’ll be one of the first people our guests meet and help ensure a positive dining experience. Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and opportunities to grow into Server or Shift Supervisor roles are

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, customer service, hospitality, or another guest-facing role is welcome, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Managing the waitlist and providing accurate wait-time estimates
• Seating guests and helping maintain an organized table rotation
• Communicating with Servers and restaurant leaders to help manage guest flow
• Answering guest questions and assisting with general restaurant information
• Answering restaurant phone calls when needed
• Keeping the entrance, host area, and waiting area clean and welcoming
• Helping the front-of-house team during busy periods
• Providing friendly and helpful service throughout your shift

What You’ll Do
