We’re looking for a Hospitality Services Assistant to join our dynamic Event Services team. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and executing ROM’s internal and external events. From event set-up and tear-down to working closely with catering and vendor partners, you’ll ensure each event runs smoothly and meets ROM’s high standards. If you’ve worked as a porter, event operations assistant, venue crew member, or in similar high-volume event environments, this is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to one of Canada’s premier cultural institutions.
