Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses and utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Follow Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation.
