Job summary

A multi-concept restaurant and entertainment group in Banff seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. You will manage HR inquiries, recruitment processes, and compliance initiatives for a diverse team of over 1000 members. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within hospitality or a multi-location organization.
  • Strong understanding of Alberta Employment Standards, Human Rights, and OHS legislation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
  • Complete full-cycle recruitment for Back of House teams.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
