Job summary

A leading audiovisual services provider is looking for a Technician to manage the setup and operation of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. The Technician will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships, with responsibilities that include equipment operation and monitoring events. High School Diploma required; prior customer service and audiovisual experience preferred. This position may involve irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
