As a Tactical Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- escalate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital environment

Permanent Positions we are looking to Cover

• P1 Rotation : 14 on and 14 off (7Pm to 7Am Sunday to Saturday) and (7Pm to 7Am Sunday to Saturday)
• P2 Rotation : Sunday (7Am to 7 Pm), Thursday to Saturday 7Am to 7 Pm), Sunday to Saturday (7Am to 7 Pm)
• P3 Rotation : Suday to Thursday (7 Pm to 7Am), Sunday to Saturday (7 Pm to 7Am)
• P4 Rotation : Sunday (7Am to 7Pm), Thursday to Saturday (7 Am to 7 Pm), Sunday to Saturday (7 Am to 7 Pm)
• P5 Rotation : Monday to Saturday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm), Sunday to Friday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm)
• P6 Rotation : Monday to Saturday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm), Sunday to Friday ( 8.45 Am to 5 Pm)

Responsibilities for Hospital Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Responding to code
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

Qualifications for Hospital Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Tactical experience(Asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
