As a Hospital Parkade Security Guard, there is a high focus on regular foot patrolling, access control, de‑escalation and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital Parkade environment. This is a temporary long‑term coverage.

Responsibilities for Hospital Parkade Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Foot Parking Patrols as per post orders and as instructed by Supervisor
• Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
• Providing escorts for visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas.
• Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, pressurized systems and chemical spills.
• G‑Track patrolling will be done as per site orders.
• Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices.
• Adhering to all company standards and site orders

Qualifications for Hospital Parkade Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
• High school education or equivalent
• First aid certification an asset
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Parking Facility for personal car is not available
