Qualifications

• Successful completion of secondary school required.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize hospital areas, including walls, ceilings, lights, vents, doors, windows and frames.
• Handle hospital waste in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Perform scouring, scrubbing, mopping, polishing and vacuuming tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Work across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
