Job summary

A leading health services provider in Burnaby is seeking a Clinician in Hospice Palliative Care. This position involves coordinating client care, supporting nursing staff through education, and ensuring quality care delivery. The ideal candidate will hold a current nursing registration and have at least three years of relevant experience, including leadership. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with BCCNM.
• Three years' recent clinical nursing experience including supervisory role.
• Valid BC Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care activities across the continuum of care.
• Provide nursing education and training to staff.
• Monitor standards of care and act as a clinical resource.
