Best Buy Canada is hiring a field technical service representative (field service agent). You will provide delivery, installation and repair of tech in customers’ homes and help them choose the right solutions. Training will be provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, installation and repair of tech in customers’ homes.
• Help customers determine technology needs and respond to questions.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained.
