Pay Range: $19.02–$20.96/hour

Based on experience. Online training also paid.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)

• Offering companionship and engaging clients in meaningful ways

• Assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands

• Transferring and repositioning clients safely, including the use of lifts

• Using our digital Care App (WellSky) to document each visit

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)

• Reliable and comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred

• Clear communication, empathy, and dependability

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• CPR/First Aid and Food Safe certifications are assets, but not mandatory

Eligibility Requirements

• Must live in Langley, BC

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)

• Must be available for 2-hour shifts and comfortable working evenings
