About the Role

• Companionship and conversation (especially in Cantonese)
• Personal care support (toileting, showering, grooming, hygiene)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assistance with errands or appointments
• General support to promote safety and well‑being
• Clear, simple documentation in English using our Care App (training provided)

Requirements

• Must live in or near Richmond, BC
• Fluent in Cantonese and English (for communication and documentation)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Minimum 6 months of caregiving or home support experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• CPR / First Aid and Food Safe are assets
