Job Details

Full‑time, permanent employment. 35–40 hours per week with overtime required. Salary: $20.50 to $22.00 per hour (to be negotiated). Starts as soon as possible. Vacancy: 1.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care
• Administer medications
• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
• Change non‑sterile dressings
• Collect specimens
• Feed or assist in feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Provide companionship
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduate.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.

Certificates: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate.

Physical Requirements

• Bending, crouching, kneeling
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Physically demanding, weight handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
