• Assist with personal hygiene: Help clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal care.
• Provide personal care: Deliver dedicated physical assistance as required.
• Assist in regular exercise: Accompany and assist the client with walking and routine physical activities.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals: Plan, cook, and serve healthy meals tailored to the client’s needs.
• Shop for food and household supplies: Perform grocery shopping and maintain household inventory.
• Provide companionship: Offer social interaction and emotional support within the home.
• Perform light housekeeping: Maintain a clean living environment through light cleaning and tidying.
