Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or training role within a clinical environment.
  • Experience in a critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare setting are considered assets.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications in patient's home or specialty clinics setting.
  • Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments and report activities per protocols.
  • Provide patient education based on program protocols.
  • Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, and physicians for scheduling needs.
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary health care team.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new nurses.
