Pay range $90,000.00 - $200,000.00

The Profile of an ideal candidate
The individual we are looking for is NOT the typical salesperson most people think of. Our customers want to buy our products and services but don’t like being “sold.” Therefore, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options, and closes the deal.
About your Manager
You will work directly with the company owner, who is committed to your success. He is responsible for your training and ongoing development. He is not a micro-manager; he expects you to work independently but is always available for support when needed.
Schedule
Sales calls will be scheduled based on your availability whenever possible. If you prefer appointments at night or during the day, we will accommodate you. Sometimes, meetings on Saturday mornings may be necessary.
