Interior Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Vernon, BC. The role supports clients by assessing, planning, coordinating and delivering nursing and care services within the community setting.

Formación

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Use of a personal vehicle may be required.
• Candidates must also hold a valid BC driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the client’s achievement of safe, realistic goals by assessing, planning, coordinating, organizing, implementing, evaluating and transitioning nursing and other care services.
• Develops, implements and adapts a care plan, delivers direct care, assesses service eligibility and provides care management.
• Enhances quality of life for the client and family; collaborates with other health care providers.
• Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence based practice in nursing.
